Please attend our family support series with panel discussions to hear about community information and resources related to mental health, education and physical health during this time of COVID-19. This program is co-sponsored by Jewish Social Services of Madison (JSS) and The Jewish Federation of Madison (JFM). We will discuss issues related to mental health, education and physical health. Please join us for one panel or for all.

Mental Health: Caring for yourself and your family during Covid

Sarah Byer, MA, LPC-IT, will share ways to help create balance, mange anxiety and pin point warning signs on when additional assistance is needed/useful. Kim Sines, the manager of Project Recovery will share information and access to this new, free community based program. Project Recovery is designed to meet the emotional needs of the community, specifically related to Covid-19.
