Office Manager
Maria was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and immigrated with her family to Israel in 1990, where she completed high school and served in the military. In 2000, she moved to the United States to join her father’s family and pursue higher education, earning an associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2004. With over 20 years of experience in the catering industry, Maria has planned menus, event setups, and timelines for weddings, anniversaries, memorial services, and corporate events with up to 1,500 attendees, while managing kitchen and banquet staff. Her true passion is working with people and food.
Maria joined JSS as an Office Manager to continue her commitment to serving people and contributing to the community, while also enjoying more time with her family and pets. In her free time, she loves skiing, cooking, gardening, canning her homegrown vegetables, and staying active with her dogs. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew, and very basic Spanish.
