The JSS Russian Series presents events to the Russian-speaking community on a variety of engaging topics. Oftentimes the events are lead by seniors, and they are always conducted entirely in the Russian language. RSVP required – contact JSS Director of Family and Senior Services, Maya Garbuz for more information and to register. This week:
Three Russian Jewish seniors will talk about their experiences during the WWII to the Russian-speaking community.

11:00 am -11:30 am: Yoga from a chair
11:30 am -12:15 pm: Braised balsamic chicken, (veg option: Balsamic tofu), Basmati rice, roasted market vegetables (zucchini, squash, red onion), fudge brownies & fresh fruit
12:30 – 1:30 pm: Program: Dementia and the Aging Brain, Ellen Taylor – Dementia Care Specialist, Aging and Disability Resource Center
Several Madison women rabbis will describe their professional work in a variety of roles outside of leading a congregation, including JSS Director of Spiritual Care Rabbis Renee Bauer! Bonnie Margulis, and Andrea Steinberger will also participate in the panel discussion, which will be moderated by David Kopstein.
