Join us for our weekly Lechayim series! Each event begins with yoga from a chair at 11am, followed by a lunch and a wide variety of programming that is different each week. The schedule usually runs as below:
11:00 am -11:30 am: Yoga from a chair
11:30 am -12:15 pm: Maple mustard chicken, (veg option: Maple mustard tofu), Basmati rice, roasted root vegetables, fudge brownies & fresh fruit
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Program – TBA

The JSS Russian Series presents events to the Russian-speaking community on a variety of engaging topics. Oftentimes the events are lead by seniors, and they are always conducted entirely in the Russian language. Three Russian Jewish seniors will talk about their experiences during the WWII to the Russian-speaking community.
