
Join us for our weekly Lechayim series! Each event begins with yoga from a chair at 11am, followed by a lunch and a wide variety of programming that is different each week. The schedule usually runs as below:
Monday, March 25
11:00 am -11:30 am: Yoga from a chair
11:30 am -12:15 pm: Turkey on baguette or tuna salad on baguette, (Veg option: garden fresh sandwich), matzo ball soup, Carolina coleslaw, fruit salad & dessert
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Violin – Tyrone Grieve

11:30 am -12:15 pm: Roasted chicken w/ wine and mushroom sauce, (Veg option: seared tofu w/ wine and mushroom sauce), rice pilaf, snap beans, fruit salad & dessert
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Rabbi Renee Bauer – Passover commemoration, meaning and traditions

Join JSS Rabbi Renee Bauer, Volunteer Coordinator Paul Borowsky, and Spiritual Care Assistant Kristin Geil for a passover Seder at Oakwood Village! Volunteers will assist in leading this service with light snacks and refreshments. All are welcome, and no registration required. Please note the Nakoma Room is located in the Heritage Oaks building.
